I believe that in photography, the holy grail is to capture not only an image but also to be able to put every emotion of the moment that will give weight and soul to the picture. In reality, it's the candid shots that often able to bring back the memory of what actually happened.

Daniel Lei Studios is managed and owned by artist and digital photographer Lei Sarmiento.
Lei has done a decade of graphic designs for the Philippines' top corporations including Honda, Siemens, Banco de Oro, East-West Bank, The Acropolis Spa, SM Department Stores, Globe/Innove, ICTSI; to name a few among the hundreds of clients contracted through advertising agencies such as AB Communications, Publicis Manila and outsource companies STAR CAST International and WebFocus Philippines.
Lei has a certification in Cinematography and TV Production from The University of Santo Tomas, Educational Technology Department and has ranked among the top 9 graphic designers in the Philippines on the 2003 Graphic Design Exams by TESDA and sponsored by the Japan Graphic Design Scholarship Foundation.
Fashion and portrait digital photography services started in 2003 for local magazines and online publications.
Lei's fine art works can be seen in the book Grace and Magic published in 2003 with writer and author Visitacion Dela Torre.
