This week there’s an Elle’s Studio + Bella BLVD blogmashup, where both designteams have been working with both products; here’s my stuff. For the full tutorial on the minialbum you’ll have to drop by the blogpost at Elle’s! :)

Oh, and by the way – there’s giveaways too (but ofcourse!) :)

mini1_WEB

I used a mix of different Bella BLVD papers for this mini – pulling together stuff that looked cute enough to become pages in my babyalbum.

mini7_WEB

Elle’s Studio has a rich source of various baby-themed tags, plus other tags that’s versatile to be used anyplace.

Go on, check out the tutorial (and more images from the mini) – and there’s a cute one on shadowboxes too from Valerie on the same blogpost Smile

tabilde_web

This rock is special. The one my little one is sitting on. We pass that rock on the way to the kindergarten, and she’s always quick about sitting there and asking to be taken a picture of. Always. Sometimes I oblige, other times I don’t have any camera with me or am too lazy. I mean, how many pictures of her on this rock can one take in one year? Smile with tongue out

tabilde_cu1_web

Love the color-palette for these papers!

And I love layering tags and stickers and use 3d-foam!

tabilde_cu3_web

I even used the cute 4x4 paperpads from Elle’s Studio on this one for my journaling, and decorated it some with some Bella Stickers Smile

Clouds and halfcircle-tags makes me happy Smile

Leave comments on this and this post (and watch out for the more posts from Elle’s AND Bella, ofcourse) for chances to win the giveawayprizes – and if you’re on Twitter there’s an extra chance for you there too (check out the blogposts at Elle’s for more details). Smile

Now, I so want to look through my pictures from France, post some here, get started on the still oh, so neglected Christmaspressiehunting, scrap more and blah blah blah, but I still have one more hand-in for my exams to go….(just finished the first one and handed it in already, yay me!)…so…I’ll be working a little more so I can wrap up the last hand-in and take a well deserved Christmas-rest! Smile with tongue out

ania215

Pencil-Lines #215 with lovely Jennifer Matott – loved her sketch – so whipped out my 3ndypapir-stuff and sewing-machine for this one. This is a mix of old, more old and the newest papers.

ania215_cu1

Love using my staples Smile

And I love this retro-paper! Smile

Now, it shouldn’t be necessary to brag that “Oy, I changed the tires this year”, because truthfully, it’s quite easy (even easier if you got the right tools, which I intend to obtain before next time…but ..I think I thought about that last time too, but didn’t do anything about it, so…) and why is it so that it’s expected that men do that while it’s “oh, great for you!” when women do? (ok, the easiest would be to just put it away and let someone else do that for you, but I hate the queues at the autoserviceplaces Smile with tongue out)

Edited to add: LOL, thanks Christine for spotting that typo!! I knew there was something weird with the layout but I couldn’t quite put the finger on it..haha…thanks Open-mouthed smileOriginal image swapped out w/the fixed one now Smile

Renting a bike truly was a great way to get around in Paris :)

Omw to PACS now :)

Had a long but absolutely lovely day. Good night!

Bless and Ali's wedding was the 2nd of a no-sleep marathon shoot. Both weddings had the same church, the same hotel and reception venue. The thing is for us, all weddings are different. The church, the hotel, the menu - these can be the same. But people will always be different. Our brides, our grooms, they wait years, some their whole lives for this single day and in the few minutes we have to put together a wedding video, it is our job moral responsibility to show their personalities, to show something worth that wait, something that will be remembered. This is how much we love what we do.

Presenting Bless and Ali's SDE and their E-session images taken at the eclectic Cubao Expo.

For the two next projects, I mixed up Elle’s Studio with Hambly Screenprints! The latter truly is my go-to manuf when it comes to creating cute babystuff sorta – like when I needed minitags/cards for some babygifts.

Love the transparencies – I cut a hearts transparency to fit the frame on this lime-green card, then just added more tags and transparencies.
